On the web I see many people say “Golang is dead?” but it isn’t. So in this post I gonna show you why golang isn’t dead.
This graph shows that Golang is the language most of developers are planning to learn next. So a good reason is that many programmers are interested in this language developed by Google and so the community is growing.
These show how Golang is a modern language which take the best from others languages. It’s fast but not complicated, efficiet but beautiful at the same time.
So why many big projects doesn’t use Go?
So Golang is a good new language, modern, performant and not complicated. Obviusly its use isn’t so much extensive but proably it will be. This beacause current big programs (includig servers of big companies) are written in another lanuage and rewrite them would be take too much time. But for new projects Golang is a very good choiche and maybe if it become even more powerful than others languaes, some big code will be rewrite in golang.
